With PPOB being active, the truck is in a running state, therefore the DC/DC inverter to replenish the 12v LVB should operate as needed.
I think the key word here is ‘should’.

I just spent the last 3hours either driving or setting with my truck running and the moment I pulled back in the garage and shut off the truck I got the dreaded Deep Sleep / you have been disconnected message.

I had periodically over the past several weeks been receiving the - You have a Vampire onboard and if not you should schedule an appointment for service.
( My message interpretation.)

This has become Very disheartening!

If you keep getting the vampire onboard message, PM Ford support. They monitor this forum and are very helpful to coordinate service between engineering and the dealer. If you just go to the dealer, good luck

What is your build date on the driver's door sticker? what year/model/version truck are you in? Has the 12Vdc battery monitoring sensor been updated, re: CSP 23B70, attached to Neg terminal? That one maintains the Voltage of the LV battery.

Otherwise, look back in this thread and note that @G-Zeus 's Lariat had a seat module replaced, but lots of possibilities.

Do you have an OBD2 scanner with the CarScanner app on your smartphone that can look for a trouble code? Hopefully you have a competent dealer that can go farther on this.

So I'm getting this error ALL THE TIME. Low voltage battery seems to be ok (likely because the HVB maintains it).

Checked Forscan today, and found this new DTC in the BdyCM:
Code: B1616 - Electrical System High Key Off Load

So there must be some parasitic battery drain when the key is off. Maybe PaaK or some other connected service? Anybody have any ideas?
Getting this same issue now on my 2022 Lariat SR.

I checked error codes and I'm also getting the same B1616 code. (Labelled "Wiper Rear Disable Switch Circuit Open System Internal Failure" on BlueDriver).

Anyone else have this issue? I'm out of my 36,000 mile warranty unfortunately. I've replaced the 12V battery, charged it manually, reset the BMS, checked to make sure all lights were off when leaving vehicle.

The "Electric System Drain" seems to keep returning, and on the Ford Pass app it always enters battery saver mode after a few hours. I've recharged the 12V battery a few times and it seems low everytime without driving, so there seems to be some parasitic drain.

Anything else I can do to diagnose this without bringing it into dealership and eating a huge repair bill? It seems so silly the 12V is the weak spot.
