Federal credit dealer reporting requirements (new requirement?)

I'm not sure what to do with the form next year since I file electronically.

Keep it with all your other paperwork in a file, retain until 4/15/2027 for tax year 2023 being filed by 4/15/2024

For the MSRP is it the base MSRP or the final MSRP? AKA will my 23 Lariat with a 511a package qualify? The Lariat MSRP was 74k, but the 511a package added 11k for a final MSRP of 85k.

For Tax credit purposes, it is full MSRP including options minus the deliver/destination charges, which puts your truck above the $80k threshold.
