Doesn’t sound like they’ve enabled the CCS on it yet, and it’s still curiously maxed at 250kw
Um... All current Tesla vehicles are limited to 250kW (or less) charging, so there's no way to know what the limit is on this V4 unit. That's some lazy reporting/ baseless assuming. Cybertruck will be the first production Tesla to allow 800V+ charging and > 250kW.

They looked at the cabinets and they are v3 hardware driving v4 dispensers. It's a retrofit of a v3 site, so 250kw max.

Tesla has noted that v4 can or may go in at 250 kW with ability to upgrade later. I'm sure it's about cost. Get the new cabinets, Magic dock, CC reader - serve all the current needs at a lower price point. In 4 to 5 years they are upgradeable. Or even be able to use the same v4 stall hardware to retrofit older 250 kW limited power cabinets.

Seems like a fitting location name for these high powered babies. 😊
Sparks is where Gigafactory 1 is at. They build the batteries and motors for Model 3/Y and I believe Powerwalls.

Out of Spec posted a review of a V4 location in Europe. The cabinet is off center so that the cable origin is centered in the parking spot and is long enough to reach right or left ports. Should easily reach a Lightning. Here is the video queued up at the cable length test he did:
