I'm on NA 6.0, so a lot of updating is due. I just bought this rig a couple months ago, so I need to figure out the subscription deal. The maps update periodically, I don't know of any way to force an update. On the Nav screen click Tools at the bottom and you can get to your map version. I am currently on NA 25.0.
I assume you have renewed your subscription since most 22's would be beyond the 3-year initial term. If your Nav has expired, the 2022's will revert to the maps that were there in 2022.
Yup, this may be why. From my understanding, you need an active subscription to have the updated maps.I'm on NA 6.0, so a lot of updating is due. I just bought this rig a couple months ago, so I need to figure out the subscription deal.

THis is not correct. That is not how these work.. whatever the INstalled maps are is what is displayed when no connected nav package.Map should not revert back to the original build date. It should be the last update before the subscription expired since payment had been made through the expiration of the subscription . Think of when the maps were CD cased - like in the Ford Fusion.
Can confirm, I let my Nav subscription lapse for a few days on purpose to test this and the maps went back to 2022 base maps. Lots of new streets went missing including one we are building a house on. I then purchased Connected Navigation and the streets immediately came back.THis is not correct. That is an insane policy... Definitely won't waste my time getting use to a technology or waste my money investing in map updates that will just disappear one day. I just don't get Fords subscriptions... It's like they try so hard to make them uncompetitive and something you don't want. If that's the goal, they are doing a great job.Can confirm, I let my Nav subscription lapse for a few days on purpose to test this and the maps went back to 2022 base maps. Rumor's are that Harley Davidson has a similar policy with it's newest infotainment system. That is an insane policy...
