Just look at the current human slop in the world. Human error in medicine kills and impairs tens of thousands of people each year in the U.S. alone. Same for drivers on the road. Take this forum as an example of the human mind. 🤣

I read years ago that the VA PHARMACY uses robots to dispense prescriptions to avoid human error.
who writes the programs that run the pharmacy?

Replace the dealers with AI. :cwl:
Ha. Not exactly. But think about the opportunity for customers to easily self diagnose and understand what needs to happen with their vehicle. Whether it be tech-savy folks like y'all or your mom who may not understand the finer details.

It will be a feature of the current Ford and Lincoln app that you have access to today. For the in-vehicle integration in the future - I don't have that level of information.

Understood! I'm providing context from the information that I have access to. I think the real test will be when it launches and then continues to iterate.

This might be the biggest waste of AI I have seen yet, but to be fair, I haven't been paying attention to CES coverage (I'm sure there worse).

Your software development priorities are so broken.

The AI assistant will begin a native in-vehicle experience starting in 2027 in the Lincoln Navigator and Ford Expedition.
So wait, now you're going to put natives in each vehicle? 🤣

Brian @Ford Motor Company it’s very disappointing seeing you interact with so many other comments but gloss over the pain points I brought up completely…..

I guess until I hear otherwise, I’m going to take that as affirmation that Ford has ZERO intent to address these long standing issues.

If my above assumption is true, why not open up the software so the community can support this platform?

Ahhh.. so this is why engineers haven’t fixed the Home Integration System yet. @Ford Motor Company, any info on that yet?

I'm not sure why people have to take Brian's involvement, or in this instance lack thereof, so personally. There are a multitude of reasons he may not be able to comment on specific points, annoying, sure.

Lack of specific knowledge
Communication embargo
Personal information data concerns
Corporate Liability concerns

And that's just what I can think of off the top of my head. It's a fine, fraught line to walk to both appease corporate and give enough information for the masses to be satiated. If you want instant answers, wait for the Brian, your new AI assistant.
