Just purchased used F-150 Lightning Lariat ER - Vehicle is fleet locked

Hi everyone,
I just purchased a sweet new truck. However registering FordPass doesn't work, and software updates also don't work. I called ford and they told the the truck was fleet locked. (I suspected this because the truck was sold to Ford itself, it's got an interesting history)
I'm making my way home from Wisconsin (WITHOUT BLUECRUISE BECAUSE THE MAPS EXPIRED) and can't get any software updates.
I called Ford and they told me it was fleet locked and a dealership had to unlock it, which I've read here that they can OTA.

Please, any help? Thanks!

Seeing as how you bought it from a FORD dealer, the salesman should have gotten you all setup before you left dealership. Call your salesman or the sales manager and insist they straighten it all out.

Unless you get updated to BC 1.4, you might as well use the Adaptive cruise control with lane centering.. you'll get 12 seconds of hands free before it reminds you to hold the wheel.

For the 3 months I had the BC 1.2 in my 24 flash, driving on Los Angeles freeways didn't seem a whole lot better than the free Adaptive cruise control and lane centering.

Anyone know when we will be getting our 1.4 ota upgrade. Seems like it's on hold.
