Lane Centering Assist not available.....

I've been getting this message over 50% of the time when I try to engage adaptive cruise. It will still warn me if I almost completely leave the lane but it won't help center thr truck in the lane. Anyone else experiencing this or have any thought?

Lane centering uses the camera that is near the rear view mirror. Is your windshield clean there?

Also will not work when it can’t clearly see lane markings: glare from sun, snow, rain, poor markings, etc.

If you have an OBD reader/dongle, check for DTCs.

Weirdly, this warning popped up briefly on my afternoon drive, earlier drive cycles I was using hands free and then later adaptive CC, but this start cycle it was off, yet the warning still popped up. We've had intermittent rain on Tuesday morning / afternoon and leaves are falling, maybe one briefly got stuck over the camera port and later blew off.

I was getting this after the update to BC 1.4. Someone here advised me that BC 1.4 adds the requirement of the driver's seat belt, including for lane centering. So if you are like me, and don't always buckle up....

Interesting thought! That never came to mind. I have disabled the seatbelt warning so I too am a once in a while seatbelt user. I'll have to try it both ways. Thanks!
