I got 2021-05-20T03:38:15 which makes it 10:38 PM, and that doesn't make sense. I actually reserved at 11:38.

Sounds like you didn't factor in daylight savings. You should go UTC -> EDT, not UTC -> EST since it was in May.

You're right, thanks. That makes TaxmanHog reservation at 11:02 PM instead of 10:02 then.

Daylight savings time was factored in when indicating it was at 10:02 PM EST.

My email came in only seconds after posting the reservation, which is time stamped 5/19/2021 10:03 PM EDT

SMTP internet header data from this original email shows the flow from FMCO to me only a fraction of a second after my order, note the EST/EDT offset makes it appear I ordered ay 9:03 PM but actually was 10:03 PM

I found it but it doesn't make sense. I got the confirmation e-mail at 8:30am EDT on 5/20 which lines up with what it says on the backend code 12:31 UTC (EDT is UTC-4). But I actually put in my reservation on 5/19 and the confirmation e-mail says 5/19 in the text.

EDIT: It does say 5/20 on my reservation page, although the little note says it's based on UTC. I put in my order in the evening, probably around 10-11pm, so it would have actually been on 5/20 in UTC time even though it was 5/19 EDT. Yes, it's confusing.

I tried it on Chrome the other day. I couldn't find the line that was labeled created or reservation. I decided it wasn't that important after fooling with it for a few minutes.

OK, got my email from Ford today to build my truck, and of course the Pro is sold out! My option is to move up to the XLT or above or extend my res. Has anyone else had to do this? Also it does not give you a timeframe if you do. Ugh!

Lots of people have extended their reservation for a Pro. I think it should tell you the deadline date to order on your order page. I think mine said 3/30. A lot of people decided to go for the XLT SR because it might even be difficult to get the Pro next year because so many ppl will be waiting for it.

Has anyone been successful at finding this timestamp once you've converted your reservation to an order? I know it isn't as significant at this point in time, I was just curious how early in the window my reservation was.

Yes, but it's kind of convoluted finding the time stamp, here is snap shot of my debug screen

Thank you @TaxmanHog - I finally got it. The issue was I didn't have the box to "Preserve logs" checked. Without that I wasn't getting the entry with my information in it (Chrome on a MacBook). I finally reviewed your screen shot for options.

Reservation: created: "2021-05-20T03:32:36+0000". converts to May 19 at 10:32:36 PM CDT
Edit to add - email arrived on May 19 at 10:33 PM. My memory told me it was more delayed, but not according to the timestamps.
Order: orderConfirmedDate: "2022-01-10T23:09:31+0000" converts to Jan 10 at 5:09 PM CST.

Thanks, just found my log time "2021-05-20T01:34:40+0000 " - which is consistent with my email confirmation.
