Yes, my manual is like yours, I see what you mean.My 2023 owner manual does not indicate coolant flush until 200,000 miles. If you’re paying for that every 20k miles, you’re being bilked and probably causing damage to the cooling system.
20k miles is an air filter replacement plus the normal 10k mile inspections and tire rotation.

That's weird that they said 20,000 to 30,000 miles, maybe it was a typo and they dropped a zero in the 20,000? Or got that from the maintenance schedule for a different vehicle?
Have to look and see where I got that, it is definitely wrong.
One of the links in the post was from Cornerstone Ford, in MN. back in 2024.
Not sure how I came upon that, I am no where near MN.
But the part in question came from the Ford dot com web site back in 2024 when I posted it:
"...See also (below is what they said for my 2023 Lightning Pro up to 100k mi):
https://www.ford.com/support/maintenance-schedule/ ..."
I just checked that link and it has changed in format and in substance.
I guess I should have looked at it more closely even though it was from a Ford web site!
