Using the MPGe numbers, you get 2.72 mi/kWh for city cycle and 2.20 mi/kWh for highway cycle. That implies a range of 356 miles in city driving and 288 miles in highway driving.

This tracks with the r1t numbers.

Out of spec reviews just did the 70 mph test.

It ended up getting 2.33m/kwh.

EPA has lightning at 4.5% less efficient at highway speeds (extended). That's 2.2m/kwh.

SR battery is 98KwH
ER battery is 131KwH

SR battery is 25% smaller than ER battery. If ER gets you 320 miles and all else remains the same, SR should get you around 240 miles per my calculations.
You actually typed that wrong. It should be kWh, not the way you typed it.

The only caveat to that is the Out of Spec 70mph r1t test was done on all terrain tires, not the street tires. Many believe there would be an increase in range if the test were repeated on the std street tires. Its estimated by Rivian that the all terrain tires results in 10-15% less range.

If that's the case, then add 10% to all the numbers and the Lightning is ~ 2.4 mi/Kwh. That would be amazing..we'll see.
