It would appear the extra 100 lbs on the front axel might be related to the on-board generator. In my previous post, it relates only to the 2.4 kw that I have in the truck, not the 7.2 kw.

Has anyone put a Firestone airbag setup on the rear of a Powerboost? That's the way I'm leaning right now.

My weights are identical. Build date was 08/21. Mine is an XLT PB with all the fancy driving assist, max tow, 360 view and 12 inch display

Only 25 lbs for the tonneau cover. What the heck is that made out of. I have a Ford quad fold aluminum top type of cover and one quad alone would weigh 25 lbs.

Truck came in at 1320 without the tonneau cover and only the 2.4 system with tow mirrors and no bed liner, pretty much everything else though. 6.5 foot box

my xlt shows 1529. It's interesting to note that the load rating is HIGHER on the spare. If they put those tire all the way around, the load would increase another 400lbs!

The tires aren't what's limiting the payload on these trucks.
