I’m not even sure. I just found several spare screws I had laying around that fit.

Thanks. Ended up following your advise. Hope it holdsI’m not even sure. I just found several spare screws I had laying around that fit.
Looks Great!Here's my shifter setup...
I didn't necessarily like the existing designs as they were a bit "chunky" and made an attempt to get it more OEM looking.
BIG thanks to @ENDianDigital, without his design/kick in the butt I probably wouldn't have done this, it started as a few mods and turned into a complete redesign.
Main differences are that the shifter is located at the front (the cable is long enough if you cut/push out the strap holding it to the side wall).
The shifter is tilted 10-15 degrees.
You dont have to cut the tabs.
It accommodates the Escape and E-Transit shifters.
I ended up using the E-Transit shifter, being black, it doesn't stand out as much as a chrome would.
I painted the tub with a graphite metallic and dusted it with flat black to try and match the color/look of the cup holders, followed up with a matte clear.
And, yes, I'll post the drawings, this was basically the prototype and theres a few changes that I'd like to make before posting them.

Finally got the 3D printed tub today after ordering in March after reading your OP. The maker ManionMakes on Etsy got slammed with orders after this mod hit the forums, both for Lightning and ICE F150's. I was able to get your linked shift knob when it was still $65 back in March. That part has also become harder to find and more expensive as this mod has become popular.I absolutely LOVE the final result of the rotary shift conversion in my 24 Lariat! I've seen a few different variations of this mod including cutting a hole in the dash and mounting it next to the steering wheel. I was planning on going that route but had trouble building the wiring harness. At the end of the day I'm glad I did because what I have now looks like just as OE as the dash mount, I still gain use of the workspace when in gear, the truck could be put back to original quickly and easily, the install literally too less than 20 minutes!! The first photo of the knob installed is in the raw finish how it arrives to you. I ended up hitting mine with a few coats of filler primer, doing a little sanding, and a final coat of trim black just to help it "blend in" a little. But I'm OCD like that. It totally looks good enough to run as-is.
HERE IS A LINK TO THE SHIFTER I USED. BEST PRICE I'VE FOUND ANYWHERE!
HERE'S THE LINK TO THE 3D PRINTER CUBBY/MOUNT
The mount will likely show "SOLD OUT" but just message him directly and let him know you want to be on the wait list. Ever since posting mine on a couple Facebook Groups, he's been getting slammed with orders.
