Yeah problem being I cannot get the app to connect with the CSP. Phone WiFi connects to CSP, but then app simply does not connect. I have no way to manage the CSP.
Sorry to hear this, with that failing to work it's unlikely to have been accidently derated by the app.

Note several members have struggled to get the FCSP and Fordpass properly paired in the past, eventually a few folks got it to work.

Though your charger is set to 48a, and assuming it's a FCSP, there is a 'software' setting in Fordpass, that can be corrupted, or stuck at a lower than optimum rate.

You can find this under the Energy tab> Charge Station> Settings> Max Charge Current> Edit> slider to the right most available level> Save

You may need to repeat the adjustment a couple times and power cycle the EVSE by turning the circuit breaker feeding it OFF > ON to make the change stick.

If that does not work. test the trucks ability to charge on Level 2 equipment at a public charging station to see if you get better performance, take note that some of these units are also limited in amperage.
Yes, I had that happen after the firmware/software update to the FCSP. Setting the current back to 48A in FordPass fixed it.

I had that problem too at first, the 'recent' firmware/software update fixed that issue sometime in March and April 2025.

It would stop at the last step of the FCSP setup app and give an error.

IF you can see you firmware/software versions ("About") this is the version I had when the app completed the setup step of adding the FCSP to FordPass:

Now March 16, 2025
Software: 2.112.125.3.15.3.15.3.15.3.15

Now April 12, 2025
Firmware: 5.0.25

Last night I noticed that I had messages on FordPass that my FCSP had faulted and was unable to charge my Lightning.

The messages headings were: "Something went wrong with your Charge Station" at 4:23AM Sept 9.
and at 6:43PM the same day. However it did charge my truck just fine the day before on Sept 8, and no charge session was happening on the 9th.

The body said: "Something went wrong and your charge station can't charge your vehicle. Open your charge station settings for more information."

Nothing in the "settings" that I could see. But there is a big red banner that says: "Charge Station Faulted" above the image of the FCSP when I first open the tab for the FCSP.

When I look at the Setup and Configuration, and open the FCSP setup, manage settings, I see nothing out of the ordinary or unusual. Software and Firmware seem to be the same as at the last update"

There was a short utility power glitch the other day, maybe there were two at the times specified in the fault notice? I would not have noticed the 4:23AM one of course.

Very strange.

Strange things are happening…
I plugged in the next day and all has been good since. No faults, no codes, no settings changed but for some reason I charged at 9.6kw one day and the next day no matter what I did it only charged at 3.3kw
The day after, back to 9.6kw….
