Even new the Grabbers were junk compared to the Defenders. They weigh a lot less than the Defenders yet I've noticed no range hit. 9 or 11 lbs less each, IIRC.
Tire Rack reports a 5lb per tire difference. 34 for the Grabbers, 39 for the Defenders.

My 2022 Lariat ER is still on the original tires at 61k miles. I'm extraordinarily impressed with them, though I do not accelerate or break hard. I suspect I'll replace them in the next 6 months.

I want to get the same (or better) efficiency with new tires, but I would very much consider the same tires to get another 60k+ miles out of them.
Which tire do you have?

Here’s a 40K Hankook and typical of four regularly rotated front to back. As my commute includes 36 X 2 x 5 x 200 curves daily driven (70,000 in nearly 2 years), the outside edges really got worn (lead foot? 😬🤪).

As all four were worn like this and I damned near totaled the truck on an icy curved-bridge deck in January. The rest of the tire would’ve gone 60K. I run 35 psi winter, 43 psi S-S-F.

Michelin Defenders now. Moral to the story… I slowed down in the curves

64k on the original General Grabber tires. Keep them inflated to 46psi and rotate every 10k miles. I had to have a nail removed not too long ago and they measured at 5/32 left.
I keep my same tires at 42psi cold but as soon as sun hits them or some driving they go up to 45-46psi. help me out here, what kind of tire pressure are you seeing once you hit the road or have a warm day vs a cold day.
I am feeling like I could bump my psi up a bit more now. Really interested what your rolling psi or other psi you see when you keep at 46psi cold. Thanks.

My 23XLT ER at 40k miles, still has plenty of tread left.

I just got new tires for my 22MME ER at 65k miles at the dealer. They offered a $130 Mail in discount and my 117,000 points got $585 off.

i hope i can get a similar offer when my Lightning need tires in about another 20k miles.

I went back and looks at some previous posts I made about my tires. Looks like 5lbs is correct. Not sure why I thought it was much more. Thanks for correcting me so people don't get bad info.

49 is about where they warm up to.

Thanks, I suppose I was being a little overly concerned about how high of pressure that I needed to be at. Other cars I used to run closer to max psi without issue. I need to see what that is on these tires and do some road testing. Thank you.

I'm at 42k on my Hankook Dynapro A/T's and they're about toast. Outer edges have been worn on all 4 tires since 20k but center tread was still fine and passed inspection at 36k. Time to order some Michelins.

Had to replace the original Hankook's. Rode very nicely, but didn't get too much past 20k or so.
lol...this thread jinxed me...got a low pressure warning on my left rear tire this morning (noticed a potential slow leak yesterday via TPMS differences), going in to get it repaired today. Hoping to NOT replace yet...
