it's a common issue, I have not had it addressed yet, not sure what they will/can do, but maybe a thicker body seal for the doors might fill the air gap

I can hear air/wind noise at high speeds outside the driver-side door on my truck. I'm not terribly thrilled about it, but I'm not sure if it's fixable or just how the truck was built.

I don't have a whistle per say but I just notice more air movement when I picked up the truck in July 2022. To help mitigate this, I checked all the rubber around the driver and passenger side areas (front and back). To my surprise, I found some of the plastic pegs used to hold the rubber seals to the door were not pushed in all the way. I also made sure it was a clean surface.
I also noticed that some of the windows did not seal all the way up from the factory. So I then did the window reset proceedure to make sure they are up all the way which helped correct that issue. I also opened and closed the sunroof too.

I had the same issue, went to the dealer and the service tech grabbed the top of the door and pushed in on it while another tech held the door , no more noise.

I had a plastic trim piece on the door molding slide down about an inch - this caused some whistling. I slid it back up and added a section of black electrical tape to hold it in place - problem solved for 12+ months now.
