SYNC Update 25.2.4.9 APIM

• When using Connected Navigation, you can now indicate that you have a Fast Charging Adapter when starting a new route by turning on the Fast-Charging-Adapter-needed toggle. Connected Navigation will then include compatible NACS fast chargers, including designated Tesla Superchargers, when searching for charging stations and planning your route. If you don't have an adapter, or don't have it with you, leaving this toggle off will keep stations that require an adapter out of routes and search results.

• To provide a more precise driving range, your vehicle now recognizes when a trailer is disconnected and updates your range estimate. To maintain an accurate charging plan while using Connected Navigation, simply re-select your trailer profile after disconnecting it at a charging stop.

• If you have a vehicle with SYNC 4, Video Streaming is now available, expanding the in-vehicle entertainment options. While parked, seamlessly watch news and entertainment. You can also make memories on your next road trip or tailgating event with the Stingray Karaoke app. While parked, the lyrics will be displayed on the center touch screen. As you drive, passengers can scan the QR Code from the center touch screen and sing along by viewing the lyrics on their phone.
Both apps are available in the Apps drawer.

• Sirius logos are updated on your center touch screen.

All model years before 2024

Got this tonight on my drive to Tahoe. I love the way it shows auto connecting car play and the 3 phones items up top now.

I got the APIM update tonight. The 26 sync is sweet. Need that new Tcu update now lol

They are moving it out. As of now 24-25 Lightning and 24 Ice F150 only.

Also actually some good release notes.

Why wouldn’t it

Certification is done for each model year before updates like this are made available. In the past, particularly on the Mach-E, some of the updates were certified on older model years before the newer vehicles got the update.

This is the rollout of Software Update 11. And as far as I know all model years of the Lightning will be getting it. Probably in the next two weeks or so. Unless testing reveals some show stopper.
