They literally still advertise it today. And I've confirmed with multiple deliveries it's missing out of every "premium" spot mentioned.

Thank you for that. I hadn't seen that they had published details. I have ambient lighting in my Tesla and it's not really that important to me. But I also thought they just listed it as "ambient lighting" without detail -- you have the detail here to make a case.

Looks like you might have a good case for a full refund of your deposit, because they are advertising it and you're not getting it. Your dealer might even be willing to refund your deposit so that they can get your truck and resell it to someone else.

It sucks they advertised it and can't deliver it.

And "scheduled for production week of 6/13" with a hard blend date of 6/18 isn't a promised date? Then why even have dates at all
There can be slippage in predicted production scheduling, IMHO that is why they cleared out the 6/20 & 6/27 BW, so that they can get back into sync.

So during this 2 week maintenance shutdown, will Ford get those early builds that have been pushed back onto the production line and catch up ?

I get the sense that they are going to take those weeks to handle as many of the outstanding issues that they can prior to the July holiday and get them out the door. We are seeing movement in some of the trouble spots, especially the 5/16 and 5/23 weeks. There are still some April spots that need to be cleaned up but I'm reading some of those slowly being picked up and reworked.

It's really simple. I ordered on 2/3 and msrp was 79.9k, when my window sticker generated a few weeks ago it's now over $80.1k. My cost went up after I secured my order. When I ordered On 2/3 all features were available and still to this day they advertise everything and yet they removed half the ambient lightning and no verification park assist stayed when it was removed from the ICE F150 and Mach E.

I don't know what your obsession is with reservation date data but i'm using what i ordered and is on the order sheet vs what I'll receive.

And "scheduled for production week of 6/13" with a hard blend date of 6/18 isn't a promised date? Then why even have dates at all
Regarding the sticker price going up $100 of that is the transportation increase from $1695 to $1795. But you are price protected to the $1695 at the time your order was placed. You will need to work with your dealer and have them run a "Smart Vincent" at the time of delivery to determine the protected price you should be paying.

Smart Vincent isn't the most straightforward process particularly with dealers who don't do it as a matter of practice (the dealer would pocket the money and double dip if you pay the full sticker and don't get the credit for the protected price).

If you have a honest straightforward knowledgeable dealership, they will be doing it as part of their closing process. However if your dealership is lacking one of those three characteristics then they may need a bit of prodding to get you the correct price. Check this thread for more details. https://www.f150lightningforum.com/...are-you-going-to-leverage-this-feature.10800/

I can assure you they don't have those characteristics. The $100 isn't a deal breaker, although it would have been if they passed the bill for the 80k msrp cap.

Didn't notice they cleared out those weeks... Maybe I can hope that 6/13 builds will go a little smoother given that no builds are coming immediately after it...

Will hope, in process of selling my second car (cx5) now to driveway for 23k (only 4k less than I paid for it over 4 years ago).

if it's an ICE vehicle, throw it on auto trader and see how it goes. I have a 2018 Rav4 I'm getting get offers on from carvana and vroom. you can figure a $3-5k more privately than they offer, just got to figure out if that makes sense for you to pursue

I decided the extra hoops for a private sale wasn't worth my time. Just want someone to pick it up and give me cash.

From all the car sites, I had my 2017 cx5 with 21k miles priced from 15-23k but it came down to carvana or driveway, both pick up and pay on the spot.

Driveway is slow, but was over 1k above carvana. All reviews say they are slow, but they eventually come get it.

I'm selling now as I assume as summer goes by, prices will decline.

And add more ambient lighting ASAP! And for God's sake why is this showing $100 over the original price? That's a hell of a lot of money on a $79k truck and the doctor is going to chew my ass even more!

Try being a Rivian R1S reservation holder since April ‘19 and still having no clue when you’ll get it.

Ford is crushing its production in a very good way compared to many these days…

Or being a Cybertruck reservation holder wondering when..if ever..that thing will see the light of day..

And also how many promises Elon will break if it does ever get produced....
