Phone as a Key issue

Anyone that has got their PAAK working... what am I doing wrong?

Greyed out in the truck, and nothing about setting up a key in Ford Pass.

I think the only way to activate PAAK is if you see the option to set it up on the main screen of your Ford Pass app.

I was 7/25 build week - Lariat ER.

PAAK worked the day I picked up the truck August 30. It's worked flawlessly ever since with iOS and iPhone 12 Pro.

The backup passcode to start the vehicle has worked without any issues at all for the few times that I've gotten in without my phone.

The truck came with 2 key fobs. I haven't used either of them once!

Your truck was made before July 25. We don't know the differences or hold up, but all those before are in the same boat. At this time - nothing we can do.

Blend date was 8/3. Took delivery 8/30.

My PAAK started working yesterday! It is awesome. I know for a fact that it was not due to any OTA update. The issue I had apparently was on Ford's server side and it affected a few hundred trucks. The problem was corrected on the Ford server and the PAAK showed up almost immediately on Iphone app. Everyone that had PAAK show up yesterday had this specific issue corrected. I am uncertain to the exact issue that caused the problem.

ETA: I would like to thank Ford and everyone there that is actively working to make the truck better.

You'll see it right up front when it is available. It is not available yet on your truck, only trucks built after 7/25. Prior trucks need SW updates which have not been pushed.
