Phone as a Key issue

I received my Lariat ER a few days ago. I have no place on my fordpass app to set up phone as a key. Also when I go into the settings menu and try to reset the PAAK I get a message that says PAAK reset failed. What am I doing wrong? What else can I do?

Phone as a key (PAAK) isn't available yet. There will be an OTA update at a later date to enable it. Nobody knows when this will happen.

And considering that many of us are having trouble even using the remote start and tracking our charging on the FordPass app, this may be a while incoming.

My brother got his the same day and his is working.

Then my only guess is the OP has an earlier blend date that doesn't have the current working software.

It’s working fine on recent deliveries. Multiple friends have it working and they took delivery less than 2 weeks ago.

Both were 8/1. Mine was supposed to show up a week after his, but they showed up at the dealership on the same truck. Mine got bumped up a week. They are identical except for color.

Should show up below the start function in the app. This is from my iPad, I have it on my phone and it works reasonably well.

I was a 7/25 blend week, took delivery this past Monday. No PAAK available on mine yet.
