Any reason to install Ford pass app now? I think (not sure) I read somewhere you can track your truck after it’s brain come to life. Is that true?

Tracking will work only if a transport driver clicks the accept connection on the SYNC screen.

Based on monitoring every 2022 build week thread, though not tracking specific data, only a minority of trucks see the accept connection occur, I and many others waited for the tracker to update to shipped, got a rail code and train spotted the rail car movement, then the final mile hauler pickup and delivery as a substitute for actual GPS location data from the truck.

Only a customer service agent or your dealership sales manager or ordering technician who have access to the VVR or its recent successor (name escapes me) can see the rail codes

I downloaded app and added car only thing you can do is nickname it
