Walk away lock is now functional. Update stopped my charge session overnight. Disappointed with that.

hopefully this also fixes the vehicle shutting off if you open the frunk while in remote start mode.

Does this update give you the toggle to turn off WAL? I don't want WAL. I want my truck to stay unlocked in my garage.

Very unlikely, but easy enough fix with FORScan.

The toggles require an APIM configuration change. I'm sure someone who got it will look and see.

You can turn on the toggles with FORScan. I have instructions here.

I didn't look, but I hope so. I don't want WAL either. It's a solution to a non existent problem.

Edit: I'm guessing the toggle isn't there. Looking at PTS, my last APIM update was in December 2024.

One of our vehicles has it - a 2015 Mazda (go figure). It is a nice feature but the added convenience over tapping the button on the exterior handle (or fob) is minor. It doesn't work 100% of the time, so I have to listen for the lock beep or watch for the lights to flash to make sure it locked. But we keep the key in the console when in the garage, so the car will stay unlocked there. With my truck and PAAK, I'm always taking my phone with me when I get out at home, so I don't want it to lock.
