Blue cruise 1.4 update not completed

My blue cruise says update 1.4 not completed.
Any ideas why and if so, how to complete?
It happened a couple days ago and I have my updates auto for 1 a.m. any day.

Why would that cause an issue on an update? It was plugged in on class 2 charger at the time

I believe it is a certain % SOC of the 12v battery. Below 70% maybe. It can be read with an OBD adapter.

That's correct. Apparently, you can adjust the target SOC using FDFS to around 90% from the default on some models that for some reason are pre-set at around 80%. I was reading that this can cause result in SOC fluctuations up to 98% though, so not sure if I want to try changing the default SOC target. I'm going to research it some more.


Bottom line is I've seen at least one update fail to install on my Lightning.

If you don't want to drive, put the battery (via the jump posts on the passenger side) on a trickle charger overnight, then do the update.

Or, put a battery charger on it for a bit, then try.

If the campaign has aged out, you will need to wait for the MoCo to reissue it to your truck.

"Not completed" means the OTA trigger is no longer active. There is nothing you can do at this point but wait for it to be resent.

I am in the exact same boat. I drove my truck ~160 miles last Thursday, put it on a Level 2 charger that night and saw a message Friday morning that it tried to install BC 1.4 but failed.

I have it on a battery tender right now but that is probably pointless now that I missed the lottery.

Anything you can do for me?
