it depends on your contract with the attorney. You can say no and litigate yourself. That's where we are heading.

So you read how my attorney is in a dialogue with Ford, with no meaningful reconciliation and our next step is litigation, and yet, you state that you know no one will get off their ass and do it?
Good news just released. Ford is going into the battery storage business. Maybe their solution will solve the issues you and every other person that bought their first $10k product have had and it will work this time.
To be fair, the FCSP seems to be the issue, not the Delta/Sunrun hardware. In other words, the cheapest component is the problem. oddly enough Ford won't warranty mine at all. I've asked separate times over the last few years. Each time i ask, the software update is coming. lol
I’m having an issue with the departure and charge times and the “software update is coming” line has been given to me for the last 6 months. I also asked if Ford will replace the FCSP with the newer Emporia EVSE unit and they said no because it still charges the truck (just not reliably
