BlueCruise and Fordpass Connectivity down?

Today, I have been unable to use BlueCruise in my truck or to remote start in the Chicago cold or even check charging status or update anything else in Fordpass. Does anyone know if there is some sort of outage going on? I had been able to successfully do these things as Sunday, so I am not sure what has happened here. Do I need to go back to the old days and disconnect my 12v battery to force a modem reboot?

I had similar issues with the Ford App this afternoon.

I logged out but couldn't log back in, so I restarted my phone and was able to log-on. Almost everything is working, except I have to reprovision my keys to get PAAK to work again. Will do that tomorrow.

Sadly, this issue is not the same. I had to do what you described recently a week or so ago. This issue seems to be related more to the modem on the truck or something, since the truck will not use adaptive cruise control / BlueCruise at all and will only do normal cruise control and the truck will not communicate with Fordpass.

Bluecruise uses satellite data but acc shouldn't need connectivity.

If your 12v is low and cold it won't connect either. If you plug in and charge you should get it back.

Nope, I plugged in overnight and the truck charged to 100%, ignoring that I had it set to only charge to 85%. Waking up this morning, the truck is still not communicating with Fordpass. Even sitting in the truck with it running for a few minutes, it hasn't started communicating again.

Well, a good old fashioned disconnect and reconnect if the 12v seems to have my Fordpass Connectivity back. Not sure about BlueCruise as I won't be on an expressway again for a few more days.

Has your truck alerted you to newly installed software updates? If not, take a look to see if something new loaded overnight.

I had received an update about 2 weeks ago, but everything had been working fine until yesterday (granted I had only driven my truck about 4-5 times in the past 2 weeks, but it had been fine). There do not appear to be any pending updates or updates that went through last night.

Just looked and I have no FordPass connectivity (no battery, mileage, tire pressure, etc.). Truck is parked in my driveway 20 feet from me. Truck battery should be about 85%.

Disconnect the 12v battery from the negative connection point and then connect it back up and I bet everything comes back up for you. No idea what would have caused this, but I sure hope that we are not heading back to the state that a lot of our Lightnings were in a few years back when we were regularly needing to go through this process...

Two hours later and FordPass connectivity is back up without me doing anything. Gremlins in the system...

Same here, I have been unable to use fordpass functions since yesterday. I just signed out the app, then when I try to sign in again, it just circles. Definitely something going on at Blue Oval cloud ops.

Actually, is this the reason the widget was red around 8 pm CST? I was wondering how I went from 15-100% L2 charge, ending at 5pm and I was like, the battery is dead???? wtf? But I didn't open the app so
