What is the best front shock replacement for 23 LR to firm up front without changing ride height ?

Was thinking Biestein but can't get a get a recommendation from them..

I put adjustable Eibachs on mine (set to the highest position to also level the truck), and it’s made the floaty ride disappear. I have the Eibachs for the back too, but I haven’t put them on yet. Just doing the front made a huge difference. No regrets.

Edit: To add, I put them on myself with the assistance of spring clamps. I only replaced the struts. I put the stock springs back on. After I was done, I took it to the dealership and had them do an alignment.

Just because you spend less money on something doesn’t mean the thing is “cheap.” The Eibachs are great struts and provide a solution for OP’s question at a reasonable price. They also come with a lifetime warranty.

Paying $2,500 plus another $1k or so I’d imagine having someone install all that for 10% more benefit isn’t worth the cost difference. It’s a cost/benefit analysis, not cheap vs buy once cry once. I mean, congrats on being able to “get the best” of everything. I guess if you have the kind of disposable income to just buy whatever, that’s great. But unless you’re jumping sand dunes, that Fox kit is completely unnecessary for driving on the highway.

I strongly recommend the Eibach shocks. I have had them on for months now and couldn't be happier.

FYI - I reused the OEM springs and set the Eibachs at the OEM Lightning height (i.e. the lowest shock circlip setting all around).

Also - my Ford OEM shocks were all worn out, front and back, by around 60 thousand miles. Once I took them off, it was really obvious.

Very intrigued by your philosophy. I have been a cheapskate most of my adult life, and as I look back, I think I would have done better adhering to something closer to what you have laid out.
My conclusion is: I wish I had less. Much less. But that things that I did have, I would want them to be the very best (or at least the best I could afford). Accumulating junk is a losing proposition.
Now, all I have to do is live it out.
