In my multiple cross-country and long distance trips, I've found EVGo to be one of the most bombastic, "we know better" charging networks.

I appreciate the heads-up about the credit ("free" is a great price) yet I'll go to EVGo only if there aren't alternatives on my route.

I have never used EVgo other than on one of their free promos. Each time I have charged just slightly above what I got for free. Otherwise they are expensive - and include a 99 cent session fee unless you're a paid member.

I wonder if EVgo only allows a certain number of times that a certain code can be activated. It would appear that the people who entered the codes early had them work, and everyone after some point in time had them fail. I have seen at least something similar in the past.

I was able to add all three codes after waiting overnight for a brand new account to be fully provisioned.

Last night while still failing, I also added my truck profile and verified that I was was enrolled in the basic pay as you go service level.

I will try using the credits next weekend, IF I take the truck & trailer on a racing trip Saturday, planning to use my EA monthly discounts for the trip up and home, but will do the local TOP-OFF with the EvGo credits.

I opened an account a few minutes ago and was able to successfully add all 3 promo codes.

You have to keep trying, close app and open app. I got them to all apply.

Since EVgo participates in Ford's Plug & Charge, I imagine I will have to disable Plug & Charge before starting a charge session at EVgo in order to pay via the EVgo app and claim the promo codes.
