On a positive note, whoever denied it was obviously moving it for transport - because as of this moment ordertrack says it is in transit! I’m hyped all over again!

Yes mine was, you can put another request in and mine has been pending since. It’s at the whim of whoever gets in to move the truck, some accept it and some deny it.

I didn't try and activate mine because I didn't want to lose my ford points or any months of service.

Finally shipped. Ford app still shows Feature Unavailable when I try to active it.

Ford Chat confirmed my truck is on Ramp 41 in Newark waiting on transport to my dealer in NY. I'm hoping to see it this week!

Tracking update - dealer let me know the truck is in Mira Loma (on its way to Orange,CA). They didn't give a newer timeframe than Sept 3-9 despite it being 40 miles away.
