not surprising if you use 1PD. I rarely have to touch the brakes.Still on the original brake pads!? Impressive.
Thankfully you don't have to worry about touching the brake either. With blended braking, those of us who enjoy 2PD get the same benefit.not surprising if you use 1PD. I rarely have to touch the brakes.
One pedal driving is often quoted as maximizing regen but, as I understand it the brake pedal does the same until ether the low speed requires friction brakes or a high level of braking requires friction. I know that is the case in other EVs and PHEVs.not surprising if you use 1PD. I rarely have to touch the brakes.
just chiming in to say, im nearly certain if you drive like a traditional hybrid (coast more) - you're doing a ton of regen. One pedal driving is often quoted as maximizing regen but, as I understand it the brake pedal does the same until ether the low speed requires friction brakes or a high level of braking requires friction. The interesting thing about David's story is that he told the team that he doesn't use 1PD. Seems like he is just gentle on the foot. One pedal driving is often quoted as maximizing regen but, as I understand it the brake pedal does the same until ether the low speed requires friction brakes or a high level of braking requires friction.
