It provides stronger regeneration without turning on full 1PD. Some people like it.PRNDL? What's the L for on a single gear EV?

What @MidAtlanticLightningClub said. I’ve never tried it since I use 1PD all the time.It provides stronger regeneration without turning on full 1PD. Some people like it.
Me too. Almost never turn it off. What @MidAtlanticLightningClub said. I’ve never tried it since I use 1PD all the time.

My 0% was purposeful as I arrived home. I pay as little as possible at DCFC chargers on my way home.Wow.
More charger infrastructure is what I'd like to see instead of 0% SOC.
That's certainly a choice. My 0% was purposeful as I arrived home. I pay as little as possible at DCFC chargers on my way home.
Yep. It is.That's certainly a choice.
How do you access the L since there's no selector position for that? I NEVER use 1PD mode (tried it, do not like it), and there are times where more aggressive regen would be nice - mostly driving down steep dirt roads from mountain top radio sites. It provides stronger regeneration without turning on full 1PD. The Mach E has an L button in the middle of the dial.Reference PRNDL:

There's no (L) option directly in the Lightning, but setting the drive mode to Tow/Haul will give you slightly stronger regen than when one pedal is off and weaker regen than full 1pd. At least on flat roads. I haven't tested it without a trailer on slopes.Reference PRNDL:
