App says "58% charge level", but "0 mi. est. distance to empty"

Just migrated all my apps to a new phone. Ford app says my truck is 58% charged, but has "0 mi. est distance to empty".

@Ford Motor Company, how hard can it actually be to get the estimated range value from the truck to the screen?

try flushing the cache, if no good maybe uninstall the app and reinstall from scratch.

I had the same problem. Delete the Ap and do a full restart of the phone then redownload the Ap. That seemed to eventiually work for me though I had some additional problems getting the truck to recognize my phone, Still have intermittent problems with Apple Play

What model of phone?

I finally had to upgrade my old iPhone 7 because my employer's security policy won't support iOS < 17 anymore. Even though the iOS 15 version that runs on iPhone 7 is fully security patched and supported by Apple. So got a new iPhone running iOS 17.4

They transferred all the apps and data across at the AT&T store. via bluetooth.

I worked with a guy whose last job was working on GM car software. The amount of compatibility testing they do to make sure their software works with every car and configuration is insane, and likely the same at Ford. Trying to re-use the same tools for vastly different hardware configs is overly complicated. Kind of why Tesla can eat their lunch on the software side. Only 5 models to deal with, and their hardware is abstracted from their software, so their compatibility is super simplified.
