Blue Cruise 1.4.1 or repeat

This morning I received a message that an update would install at 1am. When I got home I decided to see details of upcoming update and go ahead and do it now if possible. It said I was getting Blue Cruise 1.4. I wanted to do update now which It did. After 20 mins went out and checked status. It showed updated complete. I looked at details of update and it showed the same information when I got blue Cruise 1.4. I received that update back on Apr 16th. Does anyone know if they sent the same update or perhaps a 1.4.1 version that corrected some small errors like better speed limit sign recognition.
My pass app does not show an update happened yet.

@BSEE SPARKY The OTA you got was the one that enables the config, but I assume you already did that when I sent you the FORScan changes. There are two IPMA OTAs needed for BC 1.4 to work. The first one will install the software itself, and the second one will add the configuration to enable the features. If you would have not made the changes to enbable this back in April, you would have had to wait all this time for BC 1.4 to work.

Everything has been working since Apr. All the features of 1.4 that are advertised anyway. That's why I thought maybe version 1.4.1 was rolling out. So it sounds like it is a repeat.

I am guessing the mothership thought your truck still needed the config to be enabled, so it sent you that update as a blanket cover. In your case, it made no difference to your truck since you enabled those things yourself.

Nice to see the roll out resumes with the passing of the New Year, hopefully more folks patiently waiting will see the update as well.

I, too, received this update this morning and had previously installed module updates via FDRS and enabled via FORScan for BlueCruise 1.4.

Minutes after the update, I received a second update for SYNC 25.2.1.6.5

Same happened to me just now. I haven’t installed it yet but it sure looks like a duplicate BC 1.4 unless it’s a 1.4.1 as OP noted. I haven’t done any forscan or FDRS mods to my 2023 lariat.

Same here. Just got the alert a little bit ago and I have been happily using BC 1.4 since March of 25. No idea what it could be.

I got sent the same update as well. The original was installed in September 2025 per the update history on Fords website for my truck. I have not seen any differences in using BlueCruise, no new features or loss of features that I can see.
