Correction - I am still having AC problems. I don’t know if it did work that first time or if I just thought it was working. But it has not worked the last three drives. What do you need from me to help problem shoot? The breakout board did work for the startup alerts. I have forescan if that is needed for diagnosisI am happy to help with any sort of testing for this AC problem. Do you need anything from me?
Clear all DTC's with forscan and see if the AC issues persist. It may be a stored code from before you had the board. If the AC still doesn't work once you clear the codes, rescan and send me the codes in the DTC list.Correction - I am still having AC problems. I cleared the codes and it seems to be working fine. I'll update you if it starts having any issues again! I was able to one day ship the breakout board from amazonClear all DTC's with forscan and see if the AC issues persist. It may be a stored code from before you had the board. Sorry for the late reply, it's been a busy day.
Gotcha. I think i mixed you up with another user. But good news that the breakout seems to resolve the AC issues.I cleared the codes and it seems to be working fine. I'll update you if it starts having any issues again! I was able to one day ship the breakout board from amazon![]()
You can, but it will lead to over-termination since you will be adding termination to buses that are already properly terminated. Its all outlined in previous posts here.Is there a reason not to add the a10-a11 resistor to b10-b11 too so it is reversible?
I am working on a way to make it bi directional. But im honestly not putting a ton of time into it considering you're not going to be reinstalling it enough for it to realistically matter. You can, but it will lead to over-termination since you will be adding termination to buses that are already properly terminated. My original design was going to add a lightning bolt to the truck side, but id need to buy smaller nozzles for that and this felt less extra lol.Smart. Trying to think of a better solution but I can’t at the moment.
That was actually the original thought for these. They are just small for that level of detail. I would have to buy the .2 nozzles to see if it is actually a feasible idea. I have managed to get some really fine details from my printers, but I kind of started thinking about how little these will be seen once they are installed. I plan on putting mine inside the mirror housing.Funny you posted this. I was just thinking that adding a lightning bolt and a comma on the corresponding sides would be an option but didn’t know if it was feasible. I know pretty much nothing about 3D printing.
