Comma and resistor ordered! Looking at the sliding mount now as well. What's the difference between the standard mount and 8 degree mount? I also saw the possibility of mounting it just above the screen and not on the windshield?
8 degree mount is for trucks, that is the one you need. Standard is for cars and small SUVs.

I made a screen mount and sent it out for testing and the results were not great. The control was poor becasue of how low the device was.. It also broke when hitting a railroad crossing. I could resdesign it for enforcement to prevent the breakage, but the poor control would remain. The best practice is to mount it right under the mirror using the windshield based mount.

Thanks for the info. Sounds like the slide mount it is.

Lighting Coupler Orders are being taken at:

https://bluepilot.dev/lightning-coupler-order-page/.

I just got the shipping notification, so I am hoping to have them some time next week (this depends on customs and DHL). Expect 1-2 week lead time once they are in my hands as I need to test and build all of the reservations The order form was down due to an issue with the platform we are using, but it is back up now.

Just installed my C3X with the coupler and it is working splendidly! Loving using it on non-highway roads and not getting nagged to jerk the wheel on straightaways. Took it for a spin, got a car-wash, came home and was sitting in the driveway and got a SVS light. See below:

What's the over/under on the Comma vs. water somewhere it shan't be vs. random issue with outrageous timing?

That is with the coupler installed? The 24’s are known to have weird AC issues with the comma hardware in general.

Are you using the comma power?

Yes with coupler and the comma power connected may be worth noting I installed the coupler under the camera housing if that matters

Location wouldn't matter with the production coupler. I've had a report of AC oddities with the comma power and coupler installed. It only effects the 24 for some reason.

Try unplugging the comma power and see if the issue goes away.

You may have to clear the DTC before it's happy again.

Any chance there is one in that order that hasn't been spoken for yet? I just placed an order, but wasn't sure if I would get in on the most resent buy of 50

The original batch of 50 have all been sold. The incoming order is considerably larger, so I don't think I will run out soon.

Tracking shows the current batch is in Atlanta waiting for customs clearance.

My comma arrived today. Should I wait until the coupler arrives to reduce the chance of any issues or just go with it and get it installed and tested? '25 Lariat

You can install it if you want. You will get startup errors, but you can unplug the long USB C cable from the harness box if it bothers you. Just decide where you want to put the coupler when it comes in if you do install it.

A post on reddit came to my email today from the comma sub. They were asking about a broken screen after getting it in the mail. You might want to at least plug it into power to make sure yours isn't defective. Their support is typically quick to deny defects, especially if you have had it for a bit.

Well, seems that there is a longer process to import this batch due to it exceeding a value limit. The delivery expectation (to me) is still the 10th, so hopefully there is no delay due to customs.

If I install it without the coupler I can just clear the errors on startup? Once I get the coupler those errors will stop showing or will I need to use forescan to clear any DTCs and then it'll startup without issue? I've ran all the wires and powered the comma to confirm no issues with screen. If I can just clear the errors on startup and then not have to do anything once I get the coupler, I'll give it a run
