Consumer reports: Lightning range is 50mi lower than EPA

Probably not a surprise to anyone here. Consumer Reports finds the Lightning range is 270mi vs the EPA rated 320mi when traveling at highway speeds (70mph, 2022 extended range lariat).

The EPA has a specific test procedure that all manufacturers use to rate mileage. CR uses a completely different method and acts surprised when they get a different result.
