Departure time / preconditioning stopped entirely?

Hi all,

Anyone had this recently? It was working fine for a very long time since having the system fixed at the dealer so that the vehicle stays connected to the FordPass app now....but now it just doesn't precondition.

At least it's a bit warmer now and I don't worry so much about damage to the batteries driving away.

Ugh. Early adopter blues.

Set it in the truck. Many, many people have issues with the app.

Also make sure you have the 4.25 version of the app.

It was set in the truck, and even yesterday I went through and made a few changes in the truck to see if that would get it going again. Nope.

Have you kicked the left front tire 2 times, while rubbing your stomach and patting your head?

Try setting departure time to 15 minutes prior to your actual leave time, see what happens.

Mine doesn’t always precondition when set. It’s a gamble…on my way out…did it or not today?
