It seems Ford doesn't allow Canadians to sign up for EAP. Tried twice - no response.

I've signed up, but not been invited to participate in one yet, there have been a few. I do get surveys from them about the standard OTA updates, but all of those to date have been for public SW pushes, nothing under testing and NDA.
