I purchased a new travel trailer, and I am unable to calibrate my truck with the travel trailer when I'm at the step that says to go in reverse, my truck won't go over 4 miles per hour. I did not had this issue with my other 2 travel trailers. Does anyone have any insight into why the truck does not go over 4 miles Per hour when backing up when the traver trailer is attached?

The sensors should turn off when the truck detects the trailer. This is a new one on me, I don't know why it would limit your speed like that. Does it give any sort of error? Is this only during the calibration period?

Yes, it is during the calibration process. Forward driving programs then it tells me to drive in reverse but it won't excelerate. The only warning is the calibration says to drive between 5-24mph but I can't go faster than about 4mph so it won't allow me to complete the process. I have programmed it two other times with travel trailers but I haven't had this issue before.

Does it still require the sticker on the trailer? I haven’t done one of those in a while.

yes, I completed all the steps: entered measurements and when the calibration says to drive forward, it works. Then it says to drive in reverse and that is when I have an error. It says to drive between 5-24 mph but my truck is not accelerating past 4 mph so it fails to set up
