I tested it before I posted and it works. Note this is for when the truck if off and you open doors or lock/unlock it. Like when you need to get something out of your truck at a camp.
" turns off cluster lighting, welcome lighting, courtesy lights, SYNC screen, and silences the horn when locking doors."

I don't believe this is for when the truck is On for ProPower. Maybe it works for that but I didn't test. The Sync screen will probably turn on when you start the truck.
Ok I gotcha, thanks for the reply!

Why are we saying (not recommended) for the DRL brightness adjustment?

Why are we saying (not recommended) for the DRL brightness adjustment?
Some have noted recently that they were getting flashed more by oncoming drivers after they had increased the DRL brightness. I never did see any difference in any of the lights between the default 10% or changing it to 100%.

Because they become too bright and many folks who made the change said other drivers were flashing them and so reversed the change or lowered to 25%. It looks like you have your brights on. Posts 6-22.

Ahh that makes sense. We should maybe clarify that in the description. I’ve not tried it yet.

Some have used something like https://a.co/d/0Q1ACqW to fool the truck into thinking you have a trailer. You lose Blue Cruise, cross traffic alerts, etc though. There is also the option of 50/50 views which shows both side cameras but requires you to hit the camera button.

Do you get the extra camera options while driving if you do the turn signal camera mod?

This would be great to have until Ford gives us turn signal cams without a trailer. Do you have the Forscan codes to enable 50/50 view? I couldn't find them specific to Lightnings.

Thanks to all the contributors on this and the first Forscan thread.
Really appreciate some of these mods.

So far I have:

glarefree lights
Euro belt chime (no chime at startup)
Trailer signal camera
“Full view not available” delete
Silent mode
Global windows

The side cameras are viewable while moving with the 50/50 enabled.

I have a 2023 so ymmv but below are the changes I made along with my factory values. If yours are different then the updated value will change. You're basically enabling 50/50 views for the APIM values. I also have Cameras At Speed enabled and the Full View Not Available box removed.

APIM 7D0-01-01 xxxx *xxx xx-- 3 (factory setting 1)
APIM 7D0-01-04 xxxx xxxx x*-- 1 (factory setting 0)

Trailer Side View - shows corresponding camera view alongside of vehicle when turn signal is applied with trailer connected. See here for details. Note: requires newest 12/23 IPMA update.
IPMA 706-01-02 *xxx xxxx xx-- if 0 change to 3, if 7 change to F
APIM 7D0-02-03 xxxx x*xx xx-- if 0 change to 8, if 4 change to C, adds Trailer Side View toggle under Driver Assistance
Was there an OTA that updated the IPMA?

For my 2022, an IPMA module update appeared around 12/23 along with the PSCM. They were updated with the Front Parking Sensor CSP last summer. So no OTA but if you had the CSP done you should be good. I think 2023's (at least those built later in 2023) would be okay.

The BC 1.4 OTA that EAP has received will update both modules as well. So when that OTA rolls out to the masses then you should be good as well.

I have BC1.4 but I decided to hold off on this mod until I can test it. I don't have a trailer handy and even if I did it's currently 2° and I don't want to be outside.

@bmwhitetx, this mod is worth putting in the first post. 50/50 View and 50/50 View at speed. You definitely need to reference @Livnitup spreadsheet to make sure you keep current options.
