Already seems buggier. My instance says the truck is 'running' and it's not. Remote lock/unlock just spins......
Tried rebooting phone, restarting app, etc. Also lost the Phone as a Key on our 25 Mach E.

I’m pretty sure that’s true, there would have been posts. I hate Ford’s version control. You get version 6.11 and you can’t talk about it, then they release version 6.11 and you still can’t talk about it because it’s a different 6.11.

Note that I'm using dark mode on my Android, also I'm not in EAP, so probably won't be able to help much, maybe another EAP member could reach out to your via DM so you all can share observations, don't forget to give the EAP team your feedback when the survey email is received.

That answers my question. Thanks. The EAP 6.11 is not the same as the released one.

Mine is extremely buggy. Especially on the Lightning. Charging status doesn't work. Times out connecting to vehicle. paaak doesn't work unless I am 3 ft from the car. Also just had the trailer recall done so not sure if that was part of it. We also have 25 MachE and same app works fine. So assuming it is the truck having issues with the ford app.

Mine seems to work as always after the update - I don't use paak.
I had the trailer tow module recall done by Ford mobile before the update to the APP - I have the APP on an android tablet, Android v11.

It occurred to me that you might check your truck 12v battery - do you ever put it on a maintainer?

Problems with communication in the truck can sometimes be the 12v battery or some part of the 12v system.

Since it is working with the MACH-e something funky with the truck I agree.

The truck is having trouble communicating with the server, so if not the 12v battery, something connected with the modem/cell signal most likely.

If you don't have a maintainer, try one of the tricks to get the 12v topped off, e.g., a long slow (low amp) HVB charge overnight will often do the trick.

Funny you mention the 12v. The truck was at dealer over the past few days, recall and leaking frunk lights, and I wondered if they did not put on maintainer. So I did L2 charge overnight. Checked this morning and general health of the 12v seems good, so will reset app and try again.
