Interestingly the Departure Times function returned to the Energy tab this morning, I was seeing in the Vehicle tab next to the trailer light check function.

Can concur on both. I actually thought it made more sense on the home tab.

It's like magic. No PPO yesterday. Has PPO today. Same Ford app v 6.3.0 that I have had for a week.
Now if only we could turn it on with the truck off.

Right! Seems like it would be easy to add something like real time lock status. Shit even whether the windows are closed.

real time lock status would require constant communication, if you want it locked, hit the lock button! if you want it unlocked hit the unlock button!

Seems to me they could just show it as the last state it is in when opening or refreshing the app. Wouldn't need a constant connection for that.

Exactly! I think that guy missed the point. It’s no different than when you open the app and you can see it refresh to show what your battery percentage is. Have it just show that last known state. Locked or unlocked.

Glad I didn't see this thread until this morning. Wasn't much paying much attention previously as I have android. Not sure when mine updated but as of first noticing it this morning:
* I do NOT have PPOB. WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THIS!
* I noticed it had added a departure time that I don't use.
* Tried to connect to my FCSP and got a message FCSP wasn't able to connect to the server.


And as for the icon color, really? first, not every screen presents any particular color identically to any other. and second, who cares about the color of the icon!!!!!

Ok, this is nuts . After posting 30 minutes ago about this update, someone posted that they noticed this:

Dumb ole' me clicked on it and logged me out of the app. To get back in I had to give my email and PW. After logging into my ford account, I opened the app and got the stupid Battery Saver Mode message at the top of the home page. I was at my dealer for this message only 8 days ago and they replaced the LVB. But here is the message again, even though I have driven the truck 3 out of the last 4 days.

So before dumping my frustration out in a Battery Saver Mode thread, I though I'd see what happens if I go to my vehicle dashboard on Ford.com and see if this message shows up there. I did this from my desktop computer with the phone app right in front of my on my desk and within seconds of my vehicle dashboard popping up on my desktop monitor, the BSM message vanished from my phone but was replaced with a big "Make this phone a key" button.

I do not wish to use PAAK but it looks like the button is there to stay as if it's the most important thing in the world. My head is spinning from all this. I'm afraid to open the app. What will I see next time? I still do not have PPOB either!

The Departure Time function shows under the Vehicle tab while the truck is NOT PLUGGED IN.

Earlier I noticed that it was back on the energy tab this morning when the truck was plugged in.

Now it's back on the Vehicle tab!!

@Ford Motor Company was this intended to be the case, a dynamic control feature that moves between the two tab's!?!?

Regarding my observations in post #60, the truck is now plugged in, but the Departure Time function continues to be listed on the Vehicle tab!

Do you have a departure time set? Perhaps it is on the vehicle tab when there is not a schedule set... But when there is one set and it is active it's on the energy tab.

For me it stays on the vehicle tab all the time because I do not have a schedule set.

Imagine what the state of the Lighting software would have been if Ford would have held on to there Rivian stake and used them and there poached Tesla software engineers to create a usable stable software environment for the truck and app. A missed opportunity in my opinion .
