Monday morning I deleted the wife and my authorized drivers from Sync, hoping this would fix the problem after re-adding just me to the truck, that didn't work, so I accepted the situation as-is until after the start of the new year when I would experiment with a master reset of the truck & drivers, I'm hesitant to do that as it might cause issues with historic charging data, association of the FCSP, Connected Services and subscriptions, etc.
But I was going to try Ford Customer Service as a last ditch check of my Ford.Com profile to see if that could be the absolute root cause of the lack of visibility.
Lo & Behold, on the eve of Christmas Eve, I too have the PPO function showing on my Ford App at 1300 hours, it was not there this morning when I remote started the truck for morning errands.
With the truck on, then turning on the Frunk & Bed switches, I could also see the bar graphs for each inverter, I didn't test with a load, because I was heading out on a shopping mission.
I'm very happy to see this resolved with out having to go to extremes changing profiles, logins, and account settings.
Has anyone had issues with connectivity? I’ve had random bouts of awful PaaK connection issues that I never saw before. Last time it happened, I went into my iPhones Bluetooth list and could see the truck connecting and disconnecting over and over for a minute before stabilizing letting me start the truck. I don’t seem to have issues like that with my Bluetooth watch or headphones.
I’ve sent feedback to ford a bunch because whatever’s changed in the past couple of months has made my PaaK experience much worse than before.
I had that screen and now it also shows a summary of the 2.4 kW inverter without having to click the right arrow to open (summary screen shows 2600W, detail screen 2400W ). What's weird is my truck is off and has been for a while, App was refreshed.
ProPower is saving my ass as I type. Power has been out for 16 hours -- crazy wind and rain storms here in Northern California. The in-laws are here, we are able to have full house electricity (including hot water from the hot water heater) and Xmas Eve dinner celebration will go on as planned! I've been monitoring usage to make sure we don't break the bank.
