Yes. The update that adds the toggles back has only been released to EA members. It does not show up in the latest FDRS pull of modules needing update. Hopefully it will in a few weeks. Until then I enabled it in Forscan some time ago, so I am not too worried.
Can youn detail what line of code you changed in FORScan to add the toggles back?

There may be more needed. But when I had BC 1.0 on my 2023 I enabled the BC 1.3 features with the following, granted I did have all of the latest module updates using FDRS though and had an active subscription to BC. YMMV.

The following added the toggles for BC 1.3. Note without the module updates, these won’t do anything or may not give the desired effect. In my case, since the dealer was unable to update modules without a recall, I had to do this myself with my personal FDRS setup. The point I am trying to make is that the Forscan updates don’t buy you much unless you have the proper module updates like IPMA. The good news is that for the most part they are easy to update, if you have the FDRS setup (cable, power supply, windows laptop).

Thanks for the lines of code. I’m taking my truck into the dealership to have them perform updates on all my modules as I have a list of ones needing updates from PTS. Hopefully that will get me blue cruise 1.4 and resolve my Apple CarPlay issues.

You will get BC 1.4 and if they apply the latest APIM you should not have to do the Forscan part. Good luck. If they are willing to do them all, tip/pay them well. It is rare that a dealership will do this without a recall.

Sorry what was posted before was never meant to be public and is nothing you will need to use. Just have the dealership update your modules and with the latest APIM you should have the needed toggles.

I installed the OEM trailer brake using FDRS this evening while I was updating other modules. I had a TRM update showing before I removed the old module. It was still showing after the trailer brake configuration completed. When I attempted to run the update it failed. I cleared the DTCs and tried a couple of more times, all of which failed. Is this due to the update being for the old module and not matching the new module, or could there be something else going on? The trailer brake appears to work, it started raining and I was unable to test it with a trailer this evening.
