I forgot to ask about the BCM update. Do you have to request that specifically? This is for walk away locks, correct?
Correct - and most dealers won't do it if you just ask for the BCM update. It is part of the TSB for stereo/Car Play updates though and they can't (shouldn't) deny the request to do that work. Ford will pay them for it.

No, I have not scheduled it, as a fellow 22 owner I'm apprehensive of ignorant service managers and technicians NOT reading the eff'n procedure guide for 22's
I am right there with you honestly. The two dealers I've called won't do these with mobile service due to the battery issue. I just don't want to go in and wait all day and let them have the truck and deal with their BS. I know I have to though - my 3 year basic warranty is up in July and I need the BCM before then.

It's a CSP for our VIN's, (Front sensor) look in your Fordpass app service section.
The other stuff isn't listed, but might be applicable if you mention a malfunctioning issue.
I don’t have any recalls listed. The TSB update I have it in for is for CarPlay audio issues. They just texted me they are updating as we speak. So far, good experience. Service advisor took my report of issues and my info then said “I’ll put you in a loaner so you don’t have to sit around here …”. Hopefully, they don’t make things worse, but I’m feeling good about it for now.

Not sure if this was known, but I just noticed that BC enforces one-pedal mode when active.

On a recent trip to Cincinatti and back (270 miles one way) I used BC most of the way and I just went back to check on the logs and noticed this behaviour.
(1.7m/kWh was in fairly strong head/side-winds, graph is only a section of that trip)

@mr.Magoo I don’t think I’ve seen such a nice and highly informative trip log before. May I ask what you are using to get it? Thx.

Same here very curious about that trip log.
As far as the one pedal go with blue cruise I'm not too sure about that. Did a 350 miles trip last week using blue cruise and definitely not using one pedal. I don't have BC 1.4 so are you saying this is specific to that?

I can't speak to BC1.2 or BC1.4 specifically, I have BC 1.4 myself.

I am not using 1-pedal myself but it appears from the data that the truck is using it when BC is enabled.
I never verified if/that it changes on the dash/center screen, but I suppose that would be interesting to check.

As for the data logging, I'm running my own "black box" / flight recorder that logs pretty much everything, see:

He said it was one-pedal when BC is active, I would think that we wouldn't be able to notice. You'd have to be the one operating the pedals to know when it's in one-pedal mode.

It's logical that 1PD is active while blue cruise hands free is active, dynamic speed control on descending roads is needed, regenerative braking is perfect for the situation.

This one makes your mind dig deep, but I'm not sure it matters which "mode" BC wants to say it's in. Should you start a decline and it needs to control the speed of the truck and it were to "apply" the brakes - that is regen, until a certain point which it likely would never get to while on BC. So behind the scene it's all the same to the truck, it's using region to slow down. If it gets to the point it truly needs brakes you're probably SOL by then anyway.
