Not charging

My lightning won’t charge. I’ve tried 3 different chargers so that’s not the issue. My current charge is 80%. I normally charge to 90%. I deleted ford pass and reinstalled. That didnt help. In fact, I lost my saved and previous charge locations. Even without those it should still charge when plugged in. Any advice before I call the dealer? Tia

Does it indicate that it's plugged in? Do you hear clicking?

It says plugged in, not charging. Not hearing the normal clicks that are heard when charging starts.

Is your charge ring turning red/orange when you plug it in? If there's a DC fast charging location somewhere in your area go try that and see if it works. My internal charging system died, and it would not charge via AC, but only DC. Dealer changed out the charging port and internal AC-DC converter under warranty.

I don’t have any errors or alerts in ford pass. The charge ring is blue when initially plugged in and then goes out. Never seen any red/orange. I have a dcfc about 20 miles away. I will try that today. I also have the 23H01 recall scheduled for 4/24. Ford can maybe fix it then. Thanks for the information!

Delete all charge locations via the Sync screen in the truck.

I just went to leave and decided to try charging one more time. It worked, I don’t know what the issue was. I added my home location to ford pass and now everyone seems okay. Keeping my eyes on it and crossing my fingers! Thanks everyone for your help. This forum is awesome.

Add your locations and charge times in the truck, not the app. The app is not to be trusted.
