Recall Service Success

Thrilled to report Ford performed the Gateway Module and HV recall work on my XLT and I FINALLY have FordPass access. Fingers crossed for an update or two as well soon via OTA. As a side note, used the Concierge Service where they drop off loaner and pick up truck. That was amazing. Thank you Ford!!!

Welp….FordPass connectivity lasted all of 24 hours. Back to connectivity issues again. I guess I should just stop expecting this to work. Bums me out. My FordPass app still thinks my truck is charging. Grrrrrrrr.

My app always takes a few minutes to update and often shows me an old status. Usually, after I play around tapping a few other menus and go back to home screen, things are updated. The slow response of FordPass is excruciating.

I hope that is it but so far, 13 hours since last update. Plus looks like my WiFi modem is offline again.
