My son and I both have Lightnings, my son has a 2024 Platinum, I have a 2024 Flash.
Today (3/8/2026 he showed me that his truck suddenly makes a squeak noise when stopping - like a brake pad squeak or grunt) right at the very last second of stopping. So in the driveway, it is possible to just get on the brake and lift off, and we hear the noise each time - no problem making the noise 20 times in the span of a short drive way. He said it just started. One can definitely here it in the cabin.
I tried my 2024 Flash, and I have the same noise, but only from the front. I just never noticed it.
Note: The rotors look good, he only has 17k on his Platinum, I have 26k on the Flash. It doesn't seem to be a bushing or shock squeak because everything is quiet on all bump roads, at either normal or crawl speeds.
Any ideas?! I could not find a match on this forum. I'll put in the word squeek here too in case that helps others find it - for the longest time I thought that is how the word is spelled!
