I don't think it will help. He irreparably damaged the brand. He has no magic dust to fix the situation.

Tesla's stock is the most irrational stock I've ever watched. You cannot apply any fundamental reasoning to its movements. The people (I'm over generalizing) buying and selling Tesla's seem to be either fickle virtue signalers or they just don't care. The top 2 EV's sold in 2025 so far are Model 3 and Model Y...and that's with them in a slump. It's estimated more cybertrucks were sold than Lightnings. All that while it is arguably Tesla's worst PR in its lifetime.

Not financial advice, but I wouldn't touch their stock long or short. 110% irrational.
