Just got mine. Update came randomly, I have the truck set to update at 1am. Just got notification like yo dawg we heard you like updates so we updated your updates with WAL. At 9pm.

But

Only inhibit updates (truck has to be parked and can't be driven while the update is installing) will wait until your scheduled time. If an update can be installed on the fly it will go ahead and install.

I imagine you must have been deluged with VINs. I know my truck is in OTA purgatory though not as bad as 2 years of no updates.

So I received the update for WAL on October 6th (SYNC-25.2.1.6.5). I have the toggles on the menu screen, but WAL does not work.

Is anyone else in this situation?

While you're at it, can you get us some more insight into the OTA update rollout process? Which trucks get the update first? How often is each update batch sent? How many trucks at at time get the update? If we miss an update or it fails, when will it be sent again? Why does it take months to complete a rollout?

Still waiting on my WAL update (although I don't want WAL and will turn it off). But as a customer, I don't like that I'm waiting in purgatory with no end in sight for an update that others already have.

Received an update a while back. But no toggles, no WAL. Followed by a statement a week later saying the actual update had the wrong wording. Since then nothing else. So if this feature is being rolled out does it mean i should expect a new one???
