Maybe you have a low end model and this is the plug for the unused wires and hoses that go from the traction battery to the AI Powered Intimate Massager on a Platinum?

definitely ear plugs - use them when in traffic with ICE especially Diesel

seriously thou, could they be door or frame plugs - the ones that get pulled to do undercoating work, then the tech doesn't bother to push them all the way in again after spraying...

It’s a solid rubber plug about an inch long with no drain hole. Google Lens brings up a Kubota tractor plug upon searching, but I don’t have a Kubota tractor.

Without having a real clue, I’d say it’s some sort of bumper plug. Depending on size it could be from one of the doors, where the bed rests on the frame, or another place under the truck.

I would guess it has nothing to do with the truck. If it's hard, it could be pex crimp plugs dropped by a plumber. If soft, maybe rubber feet from the underside of a tube steel shelf unit, barstool, or tool.
