Just dropped the truck off at the tint shop, owned by a family friend. Wrapping gloss XPel over the whole nose plus door cups/mirrors for $1950. They are going to test the "grille" with the stealth XPel and include that if they feel comfortable with it's adhesion. Should be ready for pickup on Thursday

After a few drives - please let us know how the seat covers feel on longer drives - I'm sure you'll get less heat/sweat back there compared to direct contact to the vinyl - but is it much better? Also which brand are the seat covers?

So far, I'm liking the seat covers. I can definitely tell a difference in the amount of sweat on my back. I ordered them from Amazon (link).

Okay the truck was ready for pickup from the tint shop earlier than expected. The XPel on the nose looks great. This is my first time with any PPF on a vehicle and I'm super excited to have this protection. The shop was able to do the grille in the satin stealth PPF and its definitely a nice finish. Also had the chance to install the vinyl "Lightning Blue" F-150 decals on the tailgate and charge doors. The AMB really just looks like black in most of these pictures...

Looks great. I might have to look into this especially on the grill.

No tints for now, I'll probably circle back down the line and do some more to the truck, including tints. For now I just wanted some road debris protection.

The last little detail is this "stress ball" that I bought on eBay and turned into a antenna topper We'll see how long it lasts out in the elements, but I couldn't pass up the irony.

Cute but probably not nearly as ironic as you think. Combustion turbines are responsible for an awful lot of the zap.

Getting PPF done today for the front excluding the plastic grill. Took us to Clear Pros, real good people down there that do a quality job

XPEL Ultimate Stealth, Still debating on whether I should pony up for the rest.
